THE CAMPAIGN FOR LANGUAGES

WHY LANGUAGES?? LEARN ABOUT THEIR IMPORTANCE TO OUR SOCIETY AND ECONOMY

Our tasks:

1.      CREATE A BLOG WHERE WE WILL PUBLISH OUR WORK. (GROUP A)

2.      ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION (GROUPS B & C)

·         Surveys to students / teachers /families / different occupations

·         Analysis of the results (statistics)

·         PowerPoint Presentation with the conclusions

3.      CAMPAIGN: WHY LANGUAGES??? (GROUPS D,E & F)

·         Search information about the issue (different sources).

·         Create a big poster with a list of reasons why learning several languages is important. Illustrate the poster with job adverts, scientific publications, subjects in university degrees, etc…

·         Search information about what is being done to promote language learning.

·         Create materials to present the campaign (pamphlets, posters, bookmarks, etc…)

4.      CAMPAIGN PRESENTATION TO THE REST OF THE SCHOOL.
